  • Standard shipping time is normally 1-2 working days within the UK or 10-14 days for international.

    While we will do our best to ensure your parcel is packaged and handed to the courier same day, due to the small size of the business, any orders received after 10am will probably go out next working day.

    If your delivery is urgently required please get in touch when ordering and we will always do our best to accommodate your requests.

    In some cases, where the delivery address is close enough we will hand delivery to save time.

    In the unlikely event that your order is mislaid or lost by the courier we will of course refund or replace the item. Please allow 14 working days from despatch date UK and 30 days internationally.

    WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY ON ANY UK ORDERS OVER £80 AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER £150

    International customers please be aware that you will be responsible for local customs charges and other import taxes.

    PLEASE REFER TO THE IMPORT TAXES FOR THE DESTINATION COUNTRY BEFORE PURCHASE. WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR IMPORT TAXES OR COSTS INCURRED FOR SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNED PARCELS FOR NON COLLECTION AT DESTINATION

    COLLECT IN STORE:

    FREE Collect in store at Islington store. We will send you an email as soon as your piece is ready to collect, usually within 2 working days.

  • Please contact us at info@thewearer.com within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know why you wish to return. You then have a further 14 days to return your item. Items returned after this time frame will not be entitled to a refund.

    Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original purchasing card. Alternatively we can exchange the item for you. Please let us know what you wish to swap it with and the return address.

    Items bought online but with ‘Collect in Store’ option can be exchanged or refunded upon collection if they are not suitable or by contacting the store before collection and within 30 days of purchase.

    It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection unless otherwise arranged. All items will be held safely for collection after payment and statutory rights to refund are not affected, however, after 30 days any goods that have been paid for and not collected will only be entitled to exchange or store credit only.

    Please Note:

    We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings (or any other pierced jewellery).

    Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.

    Please be aware that bespoke and made to order items are non-returnable

    Engagement rings and fine jewellery items purchased online are all made to order and therefore non-returnable. We recommend visiting the store to see the items first before buying to ensure you are happy before buying.

    We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.

    The Wearer does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

    Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of The Wearer.

    Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.

    Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 14 working days for your bank to complete.

    The Wearer does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.

    For items bought in store we offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase. Credit notes are valid for up to one year of receipt and no extensions will be granted.

  • Only one discount or free shipping code to be used per order and not to be used when an item is already reduced in the sale.

    Please note; the 10% off for new customers is an online only discount for customers who are signed up to our newsletter and cannot be used in store, nor can it cannot be used retrospectively.

    However, it doesn’t have to be on your first order. If you missed it first time round feel free to use it for another order (but only once please)

    Unfortunately discount codes cannot be used for bespoke or made to order items, fine jewellery or Strange Fruit and Kerchung Jewellery

    USE OF DISCOUNT CODES IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE WEARER AND CODES CAN BE WITHDRAWN AT ANY TIME.
